Highlands is one of the largest centres on the North Shore focused on recycling and reusing household goods. Proceeds from the sale of donated, gently loved goods help to support Highlands outreach and community programs.
Highlands Online Thrift Store
We are in the process of transitioning away from our annual Flea Market sale to opening a permanent Thrift Store in 2024 in the Lower Floor of Highlands United Church in Edgemont Village. While this is in progress, we will be offering occasional pop-up Thrift Sales throughout the year and we are excited to add this new online shopping experience to the mix!
Click on the "Online store Icon above" button above to view available online items to purchase. You can pay for your items online through this secure Square platform. When your purchase is confirmed by our fulfillment team, you can pick-up your order at Highlands United Church, 3255 Edgemont Blvd, North Vancouver, BC on:
- Tuesday mornings 9-11 in the Lower Hall of the Church
- Saturday mornings 10-12 in the Donation Drop Off area
In-person Thrift Sales
Thrift Sale announcements will appear on Highlands home page, on our Facebook and Instagram sites, and in our Friday Highlights email.
- Our next Thrift Sale will be on August 31, 2024, 10am to 2pm
- And our second annual Christmas Thrift & Gift Sale will be part of the Advent Festival on Nov 29 (6-9pm) and Nov 30 (10am-2pm).
Have some items that you’d like to donate?
Donations of items that are clean, undamaged, and in working order are accepted on:
- Tuesday mornings 9-11 in the Lower Hall of the Church
- Saturday mornings 10-12 at the Donation Drop Off area
